We ship through reputed agencies to ensure your order reaches you quickly and in good condition. If a package is tampered with or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact Customer Care with your order number for a replacement.
We use Delhivery, EcomXpress, BlueDart, and India Post. 99% of orders ship within 24 hours. Orders placed before 11:00 PM ship same-day (except Sundays). While we provide an estimated delivery window of 5-7 days across India, actual transit is managed by the shipping company.
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for all products purchased on our store. This policy applies to both defective and non-defective items.
Defective Items: If a product has a manufacturing defect, notify us within 7 days. You are responsible for return shipping, but we will reimburse this cost upon verification. We will provide a free replacement or a 100% refund if the item is out of stock.
Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind): We accept returns for non-defective items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition. For these returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees: A 5% restocking and bank processing fee applies to all non-defective returns and order cancellations to cover non-refundable payment gateway commissions.
Exclusions: No warranty or return applies if the product shows misuse, static discharge, neglect, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
To protect against shipping damage or missing parts, please report complaints within 48 hours of delivery. Our technical team will verify details and issue a replacement or refund for the product cost only.
Cancellations are accepted via email for orders in "Pending" status. Cancellations attract a 5% bank charge as payment gateways retain their commission.
