TPA3255:

1: TPA3255 is a high-performance class D power amplifier chip, which has class D efficiency and can bring real high-end sound quality circuits.

2: The device features an advanced integrated feedback design and proprietary high-speed gate driver error correction (PurePathTM Ultra HD). This technology enables the device to maintain ultra-low distortion in the entire audio frequency band while displaying sound quality. The device operates in AD mode. When the THD is 1.5%, it can drive up to two 315W/4R loads and two 150W (unshipped power)/8R loads, and has a unique 2 VRMS analog input interface, which supports seamless connection with high-performance DAC (such as the PCM5242 of TI).

3:In addition to excellent audio performance, the TPA3255 has two advantages: high power efficiency and ultra-low idle power loss (less than 2.5W). This can be achieved through 85mR MOSFET and optimized gate driver scheme. Compared with the traditional discrete implementation scheme, this scheme can significantly reduce the idle loss.
